The Lismore Villages Advisory Group (LVAG) will meet quarterly at the Lismore City Council Chamber from 2-4pm.

In March 2025 Lismore City Council (LCC) voted to disband the Nimbin Advisory Group, and instead created a Lismore Villages Advisory Group (LVAG) which comprises of twelve village representatives.
